Through the YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign, people from all across our community come together to make our community stronger. Your donation provides much needed financial assistance and valuable program support, ensuring the Y is available to those who need us the most. At the Y, we pledge never to turn a child away based on their inability to pay.

 As a parent to children with a variety of special needs, I am  continually surprised by the ongoing support they receive to  help them be successful at sleep away camp! One of my  children required a one-on-one shadow, which camp was able  to provide. Wow, what an opportunity to feel she was doing  something on her own, away from family! She had such a  positive experience; she is waiting already for next summer’s  fun. We also appreciate how the international staff brings the  world a little closer for my kids. My kids love hearing the  accents and learning of the experiences the counselors share  from their lives. Lots of outdoor time is best for the kids and we  sincerely appreciate how much physical exercise they receive  while trying out new activities at camp. We have continued to  invite our friends to camp and they love it too! - A Camp Mom





The Y nurtures the potential of children and teens. We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for success in life. Y kids learn important character values, develop independence and self esteem, and most importantly, learn how to be themselves.


The Y improves our community's health and well-being. At the Y, we offer resources and guidance to maintain or improve physical activity, health and wellness, helping everyone grow in spirit, mind and body.


The Y believes that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together. At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. We have the presence and partnerships not to just promise - but to deliver - lasting personal and social change.
