Since 1953, the Lohse Family YMCA has been the downtown spot for youth and adult sports.  Our programs are designed to promote strong kids, families and communities by placing the priority on family involvement, healthy competition and the value of participation over winning.

Caring coaches and instructors create an environment in which children practice the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility while developing a new skill. The Lohse Family YMCA has a variety of programs for many ages and interests, both year round and seasonal.

Teams are organized by zip code as much as possible. All practice sites, days and times are determined by the team's volunteer coach. If a sport is divided by grade group then participants must register in the grade level they will be enrolled in for the 2009-2010 school year. If a sport is divided by age then they must be in that age group as of the first game.
