MENU Connect with the Y

We are here for you!

As schools navigate reopening over the next several months, we will continue offer services to assist the needs of families in our community. We are now accepting YKids Choice program registrations for children ages 5-12 years at five sites in the Tucson area until October 9. The dates will be adjusted back or extended if the state requirements change. The daily attendance and tiered pricing structure allow for affordability and flexibility.

We know exercise helps keep our immune systems strong. That’s why we’ve partnered with our healthy living experts to provide you with the best fitness resources, created fun fitness challenges, and access to classes on the go. We are challenging you to stay active in the comfort of your own home. Click here to learn more.

When kids are out of school and families are home together, it can be a wonderful way to connect, engage and support each other. That’s why we’ve asked our youth development staff to compile some great ways to keep your kiddos smiling, their brains working and their feet moving. Click here to explore more.

We are excited to be continuing our partnership with News 4 Tucson’s Lifesaver Campaign with Virtual Swimfest 2020. That’s right! This event has gone digital. In celebration of water safety month, ee will be sharing water safety topics and life-saving skills each week. To help prevent drownings in our community click here.

As soon as it became apparent that the YMCA of Southern Arizona needed to change our course to support our community, we did. Our teams immediately mobilized to explore ways to support you and our community. Click here to learn how you are continuing to support these critical services through your membership.
