The opportunity for youth and adults to learn how to swim, exercise, enjoy recreational swim, rehab and much more while being safe. Does that excite you? Here is your opportunity to take that next step into a leadership position by joining the YMCA of Southern Arizona. Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, this position will lead the association by overseeing all aspects of the Aquatics operations at our branches. This position is responsible for the development, budgeting, operations, safety, property care, and staff. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree with three to five years of experience in aquatic management. Additionally the candidate would be required to have or attain within thirty days, pool operation license, current lifeguard certification, and professional rescuer CPR/ AED certifications. All candidates will undergo a post offer background check.

YMCA paid retirement contributions are 10% after meeting retirement fund criteria. This is a full-time, exempt position, exempt employees are not limited to 40 hour workweeks.
