Member Jan with Personal Trainer Tom. Jan recently had a complete shoulder replacement and has been working with Tom to both rehab the shoulder and to get ready for an exciting rafting trip through the Grand Canyon. To practice hauling gear in and out of the raft, Tom has been having Jan do laps around the track holding weights in various positions. Along with hauling weights Jan has made great improvements building up the strength and stamina required for the week long sojourn through the rapids. Bon Voyage Jan!! Cornelia said that she has increased her strength, sleeps better and feels healthier after attending the TRX classes for 2 months. Elsa and Susan notice their balance and strength have improved.
