Total body workout..... Genene is a TRX enthusiast. She has found that by regularly attending Instructor Steve's Monday and Wednesday 5:30 PM TRX classes she has been able to increase strength and improve her balance. "I love that TRX is a class anyone can do. All of the exercises can be modified to make them as challenging as you would like them to be. Steve always adapts the exercises to your level so TRX is a great class for beginners to advanced students" Genene commented.
