50+ Boot Camp
This class is for the 50+ age group which will incorporate both indoor/outdoor workouts. Your strength and stamina will be challenged by jogging, power walking, using stairs and more!
Low impact exercise class that is safe and challenging for older adults of all fitness levels. This program is designed to be effective with arthritis management. Uses wrist and ankle weights and a chair.
Want to get a great workout in 60 minutes? Then here is your class. In this 60 minute cardio/strength class, you’ll use a stability ball and weights for a total workout.
Circuit training with challenging military and athletic styles combined; this class alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one class. Come sweat with this one of a kind workout!
20 seconds of intense movements followed by 10 seconds of rest culminating in a total of 6 rounds of intense workout. This will challenge your stamina, cardio and strength. The class is for the Intermediate to Advanced Healthseeker; 16 yrs and over.
This high intensity workout includes cardio an resistance training. The focus is on training and reshaping the lower body using strong movement to enhance strength, composition and flexibility.
This class will focus on various exercises for cardiovascular and muscular endurance. It will incorporate the following: Kickboxing Intervals, Weights, Bands, Stability Balls, Bosu & Body Bars plates for toning. All Healthseekers 16yrs and over are invited to participate and modifications will be shown throughout the class.
This class will focus on sculpting/toning with high repetition, intensity and a cardio segment. This class will inlcude a power abs workout and end with a basic yoga and stretching. Intermediate/Advanced levels.
Cardio Tone (Beginner/Intermediate)
Have some fun with this mix-it-up floor cardio class. Instructors will lead you through some aerobics to stregthen your cardiovascular system as well as some strength exercises. You’ll have fun while you burn some calories!
Cardio/Mix Strength This class is designed to make you sweat with high-energy movement for a boot camp style workout. Great for all levels of experience.
Ready to sweat? This class is made up of short intense anaerobic exercises followed by a short recovering period. Exercise routines will be cardio based with using your own body weight, plyometrics, agility drills and ab-focused exercises. Bring a towel and a water bottle.
A Latin dance that moves with fast pace Latin music, each instructor will add a little something special.
Not Just Aerobics
This class is a low impact aerobics class for all levels of fitness. This class will get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Rock Solid Boot Camp
Get your rock solid abs, legs and arms while getting your cardio on! Class is for individuals 16 and over.
A beginner to intermediate muscle conditioning class focusing on strengthening all major muscle groups utilizing hand weights, barbells, and body weight for resistance. Focus is on whole body functional movements with the goal of improving overall body strength.
Sports Conditioning (Intermediate to Advanced)
This class offers a high intensity workout which will challenge your body’s stamina and cardio respriatory system. Sports moves and strength conditioning will be incorporated.
Add a variation to your workout! The intensity of this increased by optional propulsion. It gets your heart pumping!
Step It Up
An intermediate to advanced aerobics class utilizing choreographed moves on a step. No step experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must! This is a fast-paced, high energy class that will maximize aerobic calorie burn.
This class incorporates traditional step moves plus a strength component using resistance equipment. Works all major muscle groups in lower and upper body.
Increase your speed, agility, and endurance; prepare to sweat in this boot-camp boxing style interval training class. Training includes conditioning and endurance drills, skipping rope, foot work, bag work, defensive drills and abs. Please bring your own wraps and gloves for the class.
