The Y brings together health-seekers of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels in a fun, supportive environment where they move, groove and sweat their way toward better well-being. Group exercise—including strength and conditioning, cycling, yoga, water fitness classes and more—is one of many ways the Y supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals. Our highly trained staff develop and lead over 35 programs across southern Arizona and often tailor them to the specific needs of their community.

NEW! Kickboxing:

This 8-week program will teach the art of Kickboxing, focusing on the fundamentals of stances, punches, kicks as well as breathing technique. Equipment such as pads and kick shields will be utilized. All ability levels are welcome as all skill levels will be demonstrated from beginning to advanced. Progression-based training is designed for you to level up no matter your starting skill level.
