Low impact exercise class that is safe and challenging for older adults of all fitness levels. This program is designed to be effective with arthritis management. Uses wrist and ankle weights and a chair.

Ideal for Health Seekers wanting a low-impact cardio workout combined with strength and optional floor work stretching. Choose from chair or floor stretches. Fit with Cardio includes fun, easy-to-follow exercises to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. This class is perfect for a safe, energizing routine to strengthen your heart and improve conditioning.
Low impact cardio for all levels of fitness. Dance your way through fun latin, international, & hit songs with easy to follow moves. Try Mild Salsa to improve your flexibility, balance, and get your heart pumping!
SilverSneakers Cardio Fit
For participants that are fit & active the class is low impact cardiovascular workout. Hand held weights, elastic tubing a chair offers stability or support. Abdominal and stretching exercises form the floor.
This class focuses on cardio and muscular endurance conditioning for the advanced participants. Open to all members and SilverSneakers fitness program participants.
