Take to the water for fun and fitness! We offer a variety of Aquatic Exercise programs for all fitness levels-and you don’t have to be a swimmer to participate! The programs-which take place mainly in the shallow water- range from joint range of motion classes to high intensity aerobic classes. Exercising in the water provides a challenging workout in a near weightless and zero impact environment.
Just add water and you get drag, acceleration, speed, surface tension, core training power and turbulence! We will work on muscular endurance/tone, cardio and lest we forget, water walking…take your road warrior spirit to the water and let’s have some fun!
Water Aerobics High Intensity – Shallow Water
This high energy shallow water class features cardio mixes and interval training. Training in hard/easy cycles will train your cardiorespiratory system to work longer with less effort. This will increase cardiac output, strength and endurance/tone and will enable you to work out longer or just burn calories. It will increase your metabolism for a longer period of time after your workout. Includes upbeat music and laughter!!!
Aqua Boot Camp
A high intensity, low impact workout that will provide weight and resistance training to a high intensity beat. You will work solo and in teams for certain workouts. Expect to work hard and you will get a total body workout. Aqua Boot Camp sets new standard in water based fitness that will challenge swimmers of all ages.
Aqua Zumba uses the various Latin American/international rhythms and dances that are modified, and adapted to the aquatic environment. It is the “Zumba Pool Party Experience.” Aqua Zumba is a great and fun way to work out, and use each of the five fitness components. Muscle endurance, increasing muscle strength, greater energy, balance of body composition, including the training of cardiovascular and respiratory systems to push against the resistance of water. Plus, large range of motion movements promote muscle flexibility and Joint mobility in water. In Aqua Zumba, every muscle has to work.
Aqua shoes are recommended to protect feet against the bottom of the pool.

Looking for a class that helps with flexibility, no impact and little cardio, and is fun, fun, fun!? Synchronized swimming is the place to be. Class will be paid by the month, join at any time.
