Follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to www.YMCA360.org or download the YMCA360 app from your app store.

Step 2:  Click “Log In”

Step 3: Enter your email address in the box provided and press continue.

Step 4: Enter your zip code and then choose your primary branch location.

Step 5: You’ll receive a 6 digit verification code via email and will need to enter that number, press continue.

Step 6: That’s it! You’re all set up!

Please Note: The app will keep you logged in and will only ask for the verification code if logging in using a different device or following periodic app updates.

Registrations placed on a waitlist are offered available class spots in the order in which they joined the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, the registered individual will receive an email notification confirming their enrollment and removal from the waitlist.

While we cannot guarantee space will become available, it is common for 1–2 spots to open in fully registered classes. In such cases, waitlisted individuals will be offered those openings based on their position in the queue.

How It Works:

If you’re unable to attend a reserved class, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. You can cancel through your YMCA app up to 2 hours before your class start time. This cancellation window ensures that waitlisted members are notified with enough time to attend the class.

Starting in January, if you miss 3 classes within a 14-day period without canceling, your ability to reserve group exercise classes will be paused for 7 days.
